The Studio was founded in 2009 by Dr. Giuseppe Greco, who decided to start the profession of Chartered Accountant and Auditor, following a working experience at Sviluppo Italia (INVITALIA SpA). He is registered with the Rome Bar under the number AA010082.
During the decade of 2009-2020, the Study has been mainly concerned with facilitated finance supporting many companies in their start-up phase on the national territory, from small and micro enterprises to more complex industrial realities (metallurgy, pet food and industrial waste recycling).
The Studio has been able to build up an important trust relationship on these start-ups, thus creating a solid and lasting customer base. Many of the firm’s clients have been in service for more than ten years, demonstrating the firm’s ability to retain its clients.
The firm has grown over the years to 4 current employees (with an average age of 26, which characterizes a stimulating and proactive environment).
In 2022, in order to face the new challenges that the market of professions posed the firm has transformed into STP (Society Among Professionals) of a single-member type, Taking the role of legal entity regularly registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts in Rome under number AS_000104.
The main areas of activities of our firm are:
- Tax litigation: appeals to CTP, CTR on the most varied tax issues;
- Accounting and tax: keeping of accounts, regular payments;
- Start-up companies: advice on the legal form appropriate to the nature of the economic activity to be undertaken, complex corporate forms such as holding in order to exploit tax-free schemes (PEX);
- Business crisis: accompanying the company towards the phases of dissolution, liquidation and cancellation of the company. Expert reports on company law offences (documentary bankruptcy, distractive bankruptcy);
- Financial facilities: preparation of calls for public aid;
- Ordinary finance: development of investment strategies to improve the financial cycle of companies.
Giuseppe Greco
OWNER OF THE FIRM
Born in Rome in 1975, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Sapienza in Rome. Winner of a Scholarship for the PhD in economic analysis from the faculty of Political Science of Sapienza, a Scholarship for attending the master’s degree in Banking and Finance at San Pio V University of Rome and an Erasmus Scholarship with UK headquarters (London).
After a short working experience in INVITALIA (formerly Sviluppo Italia SpA), he obtained his qualification as Chartered Accountant and Expert Accountant and opened the firm in Rome in 2009.
In 2022 the firm becomes a STP (professional partnership) with 4 employees. In 2024 the Studio also opens its own offices in Milan and Dubai.
He lives with his partner, with whom he has a 9-year-old son. In his free time he practices his passions of always: surfing, windsurfing, cycling, swimming.
Maria Bergagnini
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Born in Tolmezzo in 1986, she graduated in Business Administration in 2005 and earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Udine. She joined Studio Greco in 2012, working as a senior accountant, accounting, tax and value added tax (IVA/VAT) duties.
Giuditta Perlini
JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT
Born in Rome in 2002, she graduated in 2021 in Economics and Law at the ISS Luigi Einaudi in Rome. She joined the Greek Law Firm in 2021, working as a junior accountant in accounting, IVA/VAT and tax compliance.
Joao Vitor De Souza Alcantara
JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT
Born in Brazil in 2002, after spending two years in the USA (where he attended part of his "middle school" studies), he returned to Italy and graduated in 2022. He is enrolled in the Faculty of Economics at the Guglielmo Marconi University. He joined Studio Greco in 2023 as a junior accountant, dealing with accounting, IVA/VAT and tax compliance. He Speaks three languages, Italian, English and Portuguese.
Raissa Teixeira Brito
JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT
Born in 1995 in Brazil, she moved to Italy in 2010 where she graduated in 2016. She has been working since 2024 in Studio Greco as a junior accountant, dealing with accounting, VAT and tax compliance.
